Secondary glazing had been installed along with blinds. However, during summer months, the glare and solar gain were unbearable causing employee’s severe discomfort. Simply installing air conditioning was not the answer and a method for controlling the glare and solar gain was sought. Some areas already had a solar control window film but it was very degraded and needed replacing. “We chose to use WF Glazing Protection Ltd to do this as we felt that their service, knowledge, specification and price offered the best value for money. The work was completed on time, within budget and our staff are extremely pleased with the results. The offices are much cooler and more comfortable and we are hoping to see energy cost savings with the reduction in our requirement for temporary air-conditioning.”
